im missing out on some really, really fab moments that i wish i had seen!!
which ties in with what i think is the harry potter disease which has struck the world in a wonderful manner!! and im quite sad i haven't been able to enjoy it fully, and for the last time ever as well, because i really would love to fly to the bookshop on my broom
example, yesterday as tom was picking up jakob he told me that jakobs little brother jasper (who is quite a character!!) was dressed up as a wizard (obviously for the final Harry Potter book [sirius come back to life :( sob])
and so was his dad, and they were about to leave to go get the book but jasper was being naughty so his dad said "if you continue in this way we wont go!" and so jasper said "fine! i'll just fly on my Nimbus 2000"
hahahhaa omg that sounds like such an amazing moment i wish it was captured at least on camera if not in memory but i was not there :(
and a lady got her muggle hands on a copy and she read the first line and closed her eyes and exhaled like it was the best line in the world
i was not there
and apparently a man had a voucher for the harry potter book and was sprinting to the bookshop (this is in another country, cold) but it was windy and his ticket got whipped up by the wind and blew into a huge river and without hesitation he dived after it (freezing temperatures!) but had to be rescued and go to hospital, and at the hospital he was still harry potter crazy and made the doctor call the bookshop to reserve him a copy, explaining his situation
what did i say, everyone has the disease! lovely lovely lovely!
oh also,
last night after tom had been at charlies he said that the drummer from radio birdman was there because he was a family friend
!! just casually!
